-vgmstream을 다운받고 다운받은 파일을 foobar 프로그램에 드래그 앤 드롭해 설치해준다.
설치하고 나면 원하는 fsb파일을 foobar에 드래그앤 드롭하고 우클릭해 Quick Convert해주면 된다.
